2. Strategic Growth & Transformation (12 Months)

Focus: Leadership development and the execution required to navigate complex global markets and the modern AI-driven landscape.

Structure: 2 primary sessions per month plus "Spot Coaching" (15-minute high-urgency sessions) and text support.

Includes: Full 360-degree leadership review to benchmark and drive growth (if required).
3. Strategic Partnership (Ongoing)

Ideal For: Repeat customers and alumni seeking post-engagement support.

Focus: Navigating complexity and burnout while maintaining long-term high performance.

Structure: 1 strategic check-in per month with ongoing text support and "Spot Coaching" availability.
Session Format: While our primary work is conducted via Zoom, I am a firm believer in the "Walk & Talk." I am happy to accommodate in-person sessions in San Francisco, SoCal, NY, Boston, London or Sydney whenever our schedules align.
